GUCCI, fendi, prada!

The Gucci Museum finally opened their doors a couple weeks ago and we got to go see it on Thursday! I was so excited to see the history of the great fashion brand. I found out that I walk past the original Gucci store on the way to class everyday and never knew how much significance it really had. I loved all the different displays of luggage they had, I've always enjoyed luggage more than handbags and purses for some strange reason. So therefore I loved every piece of luggage they had, I also like the way they put their logo on everything, sometimes more loud than other but it was always there. There was  Gucci car in the exhibit and I inspected it every inch and every detailing from buttons to trims and fabrics, everything was Gucci.

Later one we moved into the apparel side of Gucci and I thought it was interesting how they had different iconic logos throughout the years. As I passed through each room in the exhibit, each one was a different theme. There was even a movie at the end that I thought was going to be inspiring but instead, left me feeling a little scared and unsure.
